About my work...
My work (film, painting, sculpture, bookmaking) is a mixture of textures, patterns, images, and text. Each of these elements functions as a symbol or hieroglyphic that come together to tell a story; part of a story. The viewer is invited to enter the work on their own terms and to create their own story based on the enculturation and experiences of their own life. Something familiar is running about! It may good it may be bad.
